DATUM STUDIO’s three key indicators are sales, operating profit, and employee engagement. We implement the PDCA cycle to improve our work environment. This includes the tracking of engagement scores on a monthly basis and constantly looking at how we can improve the working satisfaction of all employees.

Hybrid Working Style
With the changing environment surrounding our society, such as the penetration of diversity and the spread of COVID-19, we have adopted a Hybrid Working Style so that employees are free to select their own work styles to increase their own productivity in safety.
Hybrid Working Style is a proposal for a flexible working style that offers new options for work location and hours, and sets forth rules regarding the home work environment and avoiding issues connected with communication loss.
・If you are required to be at a particular location for more than a certain number of days depending on the project, you will be eligible for a housing subsidy.
